Directions/manual that came with watch and from "customer service" of the Seller were poorly written and did not remedy problem. Do not waste your time and money.I've had the watch for 6 months and now issues are becoming apparent. The band is getting very flimsy and soft. The glass on the face becomes cream colored when in direct sunlight and is very difficult to read. Ill buy a Timex or Armitron next time.the face was way to big, really nice watch but when selling should say for Big & Tall guysNice looking watch easy to read screen easy to use overall.Great watch!
