I just got the Nautilus Quartz version. The buckle size is reduce now after some complaints. Here are the details:1. The machining, polishing and finish of the case is excellent. The watch sits beautifully on the wrist due to the case curvature.2. The crown is longer than most watches I own, but it does not eat into the top of the hand which again is because of the curvature of the case. The Nautilus at the end of the crown is cool. It is easy to rotate out and adjust than my Oris watch.3. The bezel is aligned. It is firm but not too hard to rotate. The rotation is with confident that you will end up at the right spot.4. The lume on the face and hands is very weak for a hardcore dive watch :( = But the single Lume dot on the bezel is very bright, probably a reuse from the Automatic version.5. The seconds hand does not align with the markings.6. The face and markings are very readable which is what I was looking for.7. The date window being between 4 & 5 is cool. It is closer to 5 than 4, not a big deal.8. The watch is very comfortable to wear. It is very light for it's size due to Quartz vs Automatic. I forgot that I'm wearing a watch some times.9. The silicone band is very comfortable. The buckle as mentioned before is reduced in size to not eat into the wrist anymore.10. The overall look is very simple, tough, cool, and looks a lot more expensive than the $139 price tag. This is the watch I have been looking for daily use. It's short comings are very minor and for this price I could not find anything that I liked. Already own Oris diver, Seiko SKX, Citizen Diver, Rolex, etc., but this one is my favorite now.I own several watches, from Rolex, Omega to Tissot. I wanted a watch for all day use which was also waterproof for snorkeling and scuba diving. I heard about Pantor and when I researched it, it had good reviews so for under $200 I thought you can't go wrong. I was right away impressed by not only the nice travel case it came in but also by the quality and workmanship this watched showed. I have a large wrist size and when I put it on it felt right good that I didn't want to put it off. The feeling and looks are of sublime quality. This watch easy can compete with the big names like Rolex, Omega or Tag Heuer....only difference is that this one comes with very affordable price tag. I am so impressed by Pantor that I started to look at their other models and my next one to buy is their Seahorse model. 5 STARS in my book! I recommend this watch to every outdoors and or ocean enthusiast!I've been wearing this watch everyday in a uniformed capacity; meaning in adverse climates and hard use. It has held up extremely well! The watch face and bezel hasn't scratched yet, which is surprising because of the abuse its exposed to.The band did separate once. I suspect it is due to the gummy nature of the band causing the pins to compress. This may be a negative for some but seeing as it prevented a "De-gloving" incident I wont complain. There was no damage to the watch, pins, or band from this.My only complaint is that the lume leaves something to be desired, meaning its not quite bright enough for my liking. Some have mentioned the texture and feel of the band, describing it as cheap feeling. I, however, find it to be very comfortable.Pros: watch is handsome, keeps time well, rugged, and high quality for the price.Cons: lume is wanting, stress in band may cause it to separate. In closing I would argue this is one of the best budget minded "work" watches available. It is an excellent competitor to similarly priced seiko watches and a classier alternative to the ever utilitarian gshock.Nice size watch, nice silicone strap, very comfortable. Lume fades pretty quick, so I was a little dissapointed. Found minor print error on the #2 from the word 200m, it had a black speck on the top part of the 2. I realize this is very minor but exchanged it anyway since I did pay $160I do recommend this watch. Would of given 5 stars if no print error and it had better Lume. Good value for price. The casing & ban is Descent for marina activities, the buckle is loose. The Swiss Quartz is not accurate at all.Considering the upgraded version is much more expensive this is a solid piece for under $150. The band isn’t tight enough for sub 7” wrists even at the tightest setting. Quartz movement falls between second ticks often. Otherwise it’s comfortable, the bezel has zero reverse play and the lume is excellent. Worn for 3 straight days of work (and gym) without the slightest scratch. Have not tested waterproofing but the crown is large, easy to grab and locks tight. Small details of the nautilus shell in the case back and crown are excellent quality. Typical Casio Duro-esque features but nice micro brand touches.Nice looking watch-seems to keep good time-Cons- lumens per previous reviews are really not great.- watch came without band attatched, only had less than a week and noticed 2 small dings in crystal- if you need a replacement band you van only order exact match from japan $20 for band $30 for shipping(amazon replacement is not exact match. Looks like date will need to be adjusted each month where less than 31 days in month. Overall satisfied with watch just wish crystal was more durableThis is my second Pantor and these watches are really a lot of watch for the money. I did have a problem with the latest watch though, the crown felt somewhat crunchy when unscrewing and upon inspection noticed a huge scar in the case tube threading which was making the grating sound. This really should have been picked up by the manufacturer during QC, so I am sending this one back for a replacement. Despite that I really like these watches. They wear a little smaller than the stated size indicates, however the 24mm band can be a little chunky. If you pick one of these up just give it a good inspection especially the crown.EDIT........After letting my below OCD gripes go (most of which belong to ALL quartz watches, my order quartz model had the BLACK bezel) I've upgraded to 4*'s. The watch case design, look and comfort outshine the little not quite right details. There are two versions of this watch, i would normally buy the automatic but could not justify the extra £100 for a seiko movement and slightly better glass that i know manufacturers could pick up for a tenner. Plus the dial is printed not applied. The overall look and feel of the watch is really good. And for a microbrand the quality of the materials used and the finish of the case is eye catching indeed. In the light the difference between the top brushed steel and the side polished is nice. I also really like the cushion/turtle shell case shape. The strap is very utilitarian but was easy to change. Screw down crown and back for 200m water resistance. The lume is decent. So why only 3 stars?I really wanted to love it. I wanted a 5* watch. It looks it. People compliment it. But go a little deeper and the attention to detail fails. There is too much play in the rotating bezel. The bezel point doesn't hit the 12. The second hand doesn't get near any of the markers. The date window isn't halfway exactly between the 4 and 5 o'clock. Things that you'll only notice as the owner and not the onlooker. But for £120 you would expect better. It IS better that a fashion watch that you would pay much more for plus you won't see another one of these about.I do like it, the steel case is very comfortable and hugs the wrist. See picture, it really follows the curvature, apologies about the slight wrist flash.I would recommend, i just expected more. (Taking the carry case into account, which is more useful than a box, probably makes this buy closer to 4* territory. Great for storing straps and taking an extra watch on trips.)I like a heavy watch so this does it for me. It's attractive in an industrial way and I'm pleased I bought it. Having a bit of trouble with the calendar but I'm sure I will sort it out as the date is easy to change. The minimalist instructions absolutely give enough information.I needed a strong waterproof watch for sailing with a preference for automatics. This watch has the Seiko workings, so it is likely to be very reliable and accurate. I like its look, simple and not too huge. Just what I need and very pleased. The Pantor watch is quite ok for the money, there is a lack of finish, exclusiveness and most of all ; “ story” behind it ?! Who is making it ? Where is it made ? And so on, the best of all is, that it use a Rhonda clock inside and so far i Think Its ok for the money. This is a great looking.watch .Solid feel for the price , the bezel is not loose like other watch's . Not tested in the water yet , so will see how it holds up .
